Running alongside the book selling business, Neil is establishing a natural history guiding service.  The Dorset Birding and Wildlife Experience comes out of his many years of experience of watching wildlife in Dorset (where he was the Dorset County Bird Recorder for a while).   Experienced at leading guided walks in Dorset, Neil has runs adult education birdwatching classes and regularly gives illustrated wildlife talks.

He has travelled in search of wildlife for nearly 30 years visiting many parts of Europe and destinations further afield including South Africa, Kenya, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Japan.  He has organised and led trips to South Africa and Mallorca and has guided in mainland Spain.
