In June 2008 'Dragonflies' written by Philip Corbet and Stephen Brooks is published - number 106 in this highly collectable series. This is the second such title in the series. The first was co-authored by Corbet in 1960 and gives a comprehensive account into dragonfly biology and ecology. This has long been a standard works for anyone interested in this group of animals. The new volume gives a much welcomed update on the original which is now one of the more highly prized ones in the New Naturalist series. Sadly Philip Corbet passed away earlier this year.
